Whether you’re booking for drinks and games with friends or planning a larger celebration, Players is designed to make group bookings easy, flexible and fun. From casual socials to full venue takeovers, our team will help you find the right setup for your group. Some examples of what you can book at Players are:

A big part of our group booking at Players are events, because it’s the perfect space for them, no matter how big or small. We have had the pleasure of hosting:

Instead of charging a hire fee, we work with a pre-agreed minimum spend.
This means the amount you agree to spend is used across food, drinks, games and service charge during your booking.
In short:
You’re not paying to hire the space, you’re simply spending with us.
How group bookings at Players work
MINIMUM SPEND EXPLAINED
• Minimum spend is agreed in advance
• It must be paid in full before entry on the day
• It is non-refundable if not fully reached
• Any additional spend is paid on the day
• A payment card is held securely on arrival to cover extras
Your booking time is fixed and the minimum spend applies within that agreed time slot.
FOOD AND PRE-ORDERS
For larger group bookings, food is pre-ordered in advance to ensure smooth service and great timing.

• Pre-orders required at least 14 days in advance
• Vegetarian, vegan and dietary requirements catered for
Drinks and games can be enjoyed freely on the day.
GAMES AND EXTRAS
Choose how you want to play:

• Optional games host to run the experience
You can also add extras such as photo booths, DJs, branded menus and venue styling.

Our group packages are designed to take the stress out of planning. Each one combines drinks, food and games, so your group can focus on having a great time. All packages are available for groups of 16 or more.

Yes. Players is designed for exactly that. You can play, eat and drink throughout your booking, with structured games or relaxed play.

No problem at all. Just let us know when submitting your pre-order and we’ll plan accordingly.

Group bookings are available for 16 or more people. For smaller groups, you can book tables or games directly.

Shuffleboard, interactive darts, table football and hookey. Availability depends on the space booked and our team will help you choose the best setup.

Both. Players works just as well for casual drinks and games with friends as it does for larger group bookings and events.

We offer a table to accommodate your food and drinks when you book a game. We would love you to stay after your game booking ends. If you’re looking to extend your stay at Players Social beyond your allocated game time, be sure to make a separate booking for food and drink via design my night or email our reservations team at spitalfields@players-social.com

We offer both indoor spaces and a fully covered outdoor terrace. Your booking can take place indoors, outdoors or across both depending on availability. Our outdoor space is covered and heated.

If you need to make changes, contact our events team as soon as possible. We’ll always try to help where we can, subject to availability and booking terms.

When booking through our website “terrace food and/or drink” means you will be sat outside. “Indoor food and/or drink” means you will be sat indoors. If you have any queries regarding your booking please contact spitalfields@players-social.com

Our booking policy states that we can hold your table up to 15 minutes. Please contact spitalfields@players-social.com 20 minutes before your booking to say you’re running late, we will hold your table for you.
