We wanted to create a masterclass that wasn’t stiff or serious. The Cocktail Club exists for one reason: so you can walk out feeling relaxed, a little tipsy and already laughing about it, whether you’ve been behind the bar or creating something of your own.

At our Cocktail Masterclasses, you get the full bartender experience (minus the sticky floors and the 3am clean-down)
2 hours with our expert mixologists.
a welcome cocktail on arrival.
make 3 cocktails from scratch. You’ll receive a recipe booklet featuring 6 cocktails in total, two from each technique (shaken, stirred & built). During the class, you’ll choose 3 cocktails to make.
snacks throughout to keep you fuelled (and to soak up the “education”).

candles and cocktails
At Candles & Cocktails, we bring fragrance and great drinks together. In partnership with NOIIR London and led by Joycelyn:
2 hours with our expert team.
a welcome cocktail on arrival.
create your own cocktail-inspired candle. Choose your scent, colour and name, with custom labels printed on the night.
a second cocktail served during the workshop.
snacks throughout to keep things easy (and the ideas flowing).

A new addition to The Cocktail Club. This edition brings together scent, flavour and creativity, with candles inspired by cocktails. You’ll create your own candle by blending colour and fragrance to reflect your chosen cocktail profile.
