Diverted old coffee grounds from landfill to recycling with help from Spitalfields Estate + Bio-Bean.

Invested in improved building management systems to reduce electrical consumption.

Moved staff training materials to a paperless system to eliminate paper, printing and stationary consumables.

Committed to a new cooking oil supplier operating a circular economy model which collects and re-processes used cooking oil into bio-diesel.

Committed to work in collaboration with Spitalfields Estate + Social Value Portal to assess 5 key environmental and social metrics across our business that we can improve upon.

Moved to paperless auditing with a supplier that plants a tree every month on our behalf.

Switched to an Organic Tea supplier with plastic free bags
