The boring (but important) stuff

To reserve a space at Players, we work with a pre-agreed minimum spend and hire fee.
The minimum spend is simply what your group agrees to spend during your visit. This can be used across food, drinks, games and extras so you can shape the experience your way.

• Your minimum spend is agreed in advance and paid in full before entry
• If the total is not reached, the remaining balance is non-refundable
• If you go over, the extra is paid on the day
• A service charge is added to eligible items
• A payment card is held on arrival to cover any additional spendYour booking time is fixed and the minimum spend applies within that agreed time slot.

For larger group bookings, food is pre-ordered in advance to ensure smooth service and great timing.

Our group packages are designed to take the stress out of planning. Each one combines drinks, food and games, so your group can focus on having a great time. All packages are available for groups of 16 or more. Bespoke packages are also available.

Yes. Players is designed for exactly that. You can play, eat and drink throughout your booking, with structured games or relaxed play.

No problem at all. Just let us know when submitting your pre-order and we’ll plan accordingly.

Group bookings are available for 16 or more people. For smaller groups, you can book tables or games directly.

Shuffleboard, interactive darts, table football and hookey. Availability depends on the space booked and our team will help you choose the best setup.

Both. Players works just as well for casual drinks and games with friends as it does for larger group bookings and events.

We offer a table to accommodate your food and drinks when you book a game. We would love you to stay after your game booking ends. If you’re looking to extend your stay at Players Social beyond your allocated game time, be sure to make a separate booking for food and drink via design my night or email our reservations team at spitalfields@players-social.com

We offer both indoor spaces and a fully covered outdoor terrace. Your booking can take place indoors, outdoors or across both depending on availability. Our outdoor space is covered and heated.

If you need to make changes, contact our events team as soon as possible. We’ll always try to help where we can, subject to availability and booking terms.

When booking through our website “terrace food and/or drink” means you will be sat outside. “Indoor food and/or drink” means you will be sat indoors. If you have any queries regarding your booking please contact spitalfields@players-social.com

Our booking policy states that we can hold your table up to 15 minutes. Please contact spitalfields@players-social.com 20 minutes before your booking to say you’re running late, we will hold your table for you.
