The card details held by us will only be charged if your booking is cancelled within 24hrs of visit time or in the case of your not appearing for the booking.

DEPOSIT AND PRE-PAYMENTS

  • 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. No booking can be reserved, nor is anything confirmed, until we have received this deposit payment.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date.

  • If the enquiry is received within a month of the booking date, we require 100% of the deposit be paid to secure the booking.

  • In the event these amounts are not paid by the dates specified, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

    GROUP BOOKINGS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservations + bookings cancelled more than 14 full days before date of booking will receive 100% refund 

  • Reservations + bookings cancelled between 7 + 14 full days before the date can be postponed for dates up to 12 weeks from the confirmed date of booking. 

  • Reservations + bookings cancelled less than 7 full days before the date of booking and all bookings for the month of December will receive a 0% refund 

  • In the event of a government shutdown of hospitality on the date of your booking, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

PRE-PAID MINIMUM SPEND PAYMENTS / BAR TABS

  • Bookings are based on an agreed, pre-paid minimum spend. Should your final spend not reach the pre-paid amount, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.

  • Our team is more than happy to split your bill for any additional spend to your preference, however, we are not unable to offer a tab system, and all items ordered will be confined to one bill. The outstanding amount must be paid before you leave the venue on the date of your booking.

  • We require the minimum spend of your booking to be fully paid before entry to the venue.

  • All drinks must be purchased and consumed according to our licensing terms, on the day of your booking. We do not have an off-licence, so we cannot give the value of any minimum spend shortfall in products sold to take off the premises.

PRE-ORDERED FOOD AND DRINKS

  • To pre-order food and drinks for your event, please advise us of your order 10 working days before your event date. We cannot guarantee we can meet your order exactly, if it submitted beyond this cut off.

  • As per company policy, we are unable to remove items placed on pre order once the order has been supplied to the customer.

  • Please inform us of any allergens when you place the pre-order.

    OUTDOOR TERRACE

  • The outdoor terrace closes at 21:45 

  • No drinks may be consumed on the terrace post 22:00.

SERVICE CHARGE

A discretionary charge of 12.5% A discretionary charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill as Service Charge. (Package prices include a service charge of 12.5%) All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
